PROJECT OVERVIEW
Infrastructure and site development for a new business park in Mission, Texas. Installation of utilities, lot grading, curb, sidewalk and asphalt roads on previously undeveloped land.
WHAT MADE THIS JOB COMPLEX
Property is located in a flood plain near the US/Mexico border. Installation of utilities and construction of drainage basin necessitated use of dewatering system. Project is part of a larger property development. Design and drawings changed throughout the project. Posillico worked with owner and design team to adjust materials, and install locations.
HOW POSILLICO SOLVED IT
At project startup, Posillico was able to work with the owner and engineer to get ahead of design and material changes. We worked with local vendors to identify long lead items and plan accordingly for material delays.
