PROJECT OVERVIEW
Posillico provided labor and equipment necessary to support Con Edison’s main and service replacement work, that included new business service installations. The scope of work also included excavation, trenching, and gas maintenance construction support activities.
WHAT MADE THIS JOB COMPLEX
This contract required quick mobilization and performing the work on strict timelines. The biggest challenge on this project was installing the underground gas infrastructure, within schedule and budget. We maintain a high degree of safety implementation as well as traffic awareness.
HOW POSILLICO SOLVED IT
Posillico solved it with a high level of pre-planning and communication with the owner and implementation of a safety program which allowed for a successful project implementation.
