New York, New York (April 1, 2019) – Posillico is proud to announce its Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.64 for 2019.
A company’s EMR determines how much they pay for workers compensation insurance and helps measure the effectiveness of safety programs in place. The EMR is calculated by comparing a company’s annual losses in insurance claims against its policy premiums over a three-year period.
“Posillico strives to complete all projects safely, on time, on target and on budget. No project is deemed successful unless it is completed safely. Our dedicated employees have always been our most valuable resource and their safety and well-being is paramount to our continued success,” said Joe K. Posillico, President/CEO.
