2016 Willis Towers Watson Construction Safety Excellence Award

Posillico was awarded by the AGC of America with the 2016 Willis Towers Watson Construction Safety Excellence Award (CSEA) at their 97th Annual Convention in San Antonio, TX, with Andrew Abraido and Fred Ringler on hand to accept the award. After giving a presentation for a judging panel of some of the top safety professionals in the United States, Posillico finished in 3rd place out of all heavy firms in the country.
The purpose of the CSEA is to recognize construction companies who excel at safety performance and recognizes outstanding contractors on a national level. An independent judging panel closely examines each candidate’s commitment to safety and occupational health management and risk control. Unlike other safety award programs that limits the criteria to frequency rates, the CSEA selection process is considerably more comprehensive and each candidate is thoroughly vetted for evidence of Company Management Commitment, Active Employee Participation, Safety Training, Worksite Hazard Identification and Control, and Safety Program Innovation.
